– Please Note: We only accept payment in Mexican Pesos to be paid in full upon arrival. Below rates showing US and Canadian dollars are approximate based on current exchange and are only for your convenience. Our current rates as of December 1, 2022.
Please note:
** International daily exchange rates do vary, so paying in Mexican pesos keeps our rates consistent for us and you! US and Canadian amounts listed below are based on Exchange rate as of November 26, 2022.
Short term – rentals
Day rate $1,000 pesos – (approximately $50USD/ $69 Canadian). Minimum 2 night stay = $2,000 pesos
Weekly (7 nights) rates:
- $6,500 Mexican pesos which is approximately: $329 US dollars/$448 Canadian dollars.
Short term-rental – includes: Daily hot or cold Breakfast, king size bed, microwave, stove-top, mini fridge, private bath w/shower, free wifi and Roku internet LED TV with Netflix, Canadian as well as other English and Spanish language channels.
**Plus, we travel to lakeside at least four times per week to Chapala/Ajijic for shopping/sightseeing. You are welcome to travel with us free of charge. If you request transportation to lakeside we can provide it for 200 pesos round trip (that's drop off and pick-up).
**Airport pick-up and drop off not included but available for $500 pesos.
**We also offer a daily Meal option (additional charge, check with us for more info), should you wish not go out.
Longer term-rentals
Monthly rate
$10,000 MXN pesos which is equal approximately to: $506 US Dollars/$689 Canadian Dollars a month.
Long term rentals include: (all utilities, king size bed, microwave, stove-top, mini fridge, private bath w/shower, free WiFi, and Roku internet LED TV.
**Please note for Long-term rentals: Breakfast is offered for FIRST 4 days of rental only.
**We also offer a daily meal option (additional charge check with us for more info), should you wish not to go out.
**For all rentals: Airport pick-up and drop off available for additional charge (ask for details).
